Larry Simpson

Community Educator

Larry has been on the Members Executive for four years. In this job, he talks to many people who want to join the Speak Out Board.


Larry also works at Speak Out. He helps hire new staff, talks to people about the Home Visitors Scheme, and gives presentations to the Custodial Inspectors Office about how to improve communication for people with intellectual disability.


Larry also works as a Community Educator on different Speak Out projects.


Across Australia, Larry has been part of the Intellectual Disability Focus Group for the Roadmap Implementation Governance Group.


Larry is passionate about speaking up for the rights of people with intellectual disability.
